Orders received by 11:30AM EST Monday-Friday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:30AM, on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume.  Please remember shipments during Holidays(Dec. 22-31) may result in delays due to closures with FEDEX and Canada Post.  Once a gift has been sent, there are no refunds for any reason.  If a gift is damaged, we will replace it.  See below for more details.

Cookie and Giant Cookie orders must be received by 6PM the day before shipment. We do not ship on Friday, so the product will arrive fresh. We want to make sure your recipient is delighted with the freshness of the product.

Our shipping is done via FEDEX. Deliveries are made between 9AM and 6PM EST Monday to Friday. FEDEX does not allow time specific deliveries for ground shipments. FEDEX does not phone to arrange deliveries for ground shipments. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  
Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada or the USA, may require more time and an increase in shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God.
The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. (See below for Canada Post shipping). WE MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER FOR THE RECIPIENT BEFORE WE WILL SHIP!  PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the correct address and phone number. Once the package is shipped and delivered, if you have given us an incorrect address, there is nothing that can be done about it. Please double check the shipping address before you submit your order. If we have to re-deliver to a different address, YOU are responsible for the extra charges that will be incurred.  Gift baskets which are returned to us, because we have been unable to deliver them for any reason are non-refundable.

Due to their nature, all our gifts including fudge, popcorn, cookies, and gift baskets, unless damaged, are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this policy at anytime without notice.

In the case of holidays, such as Christmas and Valentines Day, we strongly advise you to order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday.

WHEN BUYING YOUR GIFT, MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK THE  SHIPPING ADDRESS BOX, so that it shows a full shipping address, as opposed to "same as billing address".  Fill out the Shipping Address information in full.  Click “PAY” when you have entered your information.  If you do not fill this out, the product is NOT covered by our insurance company, and if the product is lost, stolen, or damaged, we cannot give you a refund or pay for another product to be shipped to your recipient.


Hospital/Retirement/Colleges/and the like:

Just Baskets will not be held responsible for baskets that have been delivered to shipping and receiving, but not forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility. For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

Non Delivery/Re-Delivery:

Deliveries to apartments and businesses require a signature. Shipments to addresses where the driver has access to the front door will be left by the door if no one is home. If unable to obtain a signature after two attempts to an apartment or business, the gift will be returned to us. There will be an additional shipping charge equal to the original charge for all packages returned to us. We will inform you immediately for further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply. If we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of our contact, your basket will be disposed of and no refund will be given. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home. Delivery times to remote areas may take longer. PLEASE NOTE: The courier will not call to arrange deliveries.

Incorrect Address:

If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address. If an address change request is made or needed while the package is on route, a re-direct fee of $15.00(plus tax) will apply. Please check your addresses carefully! (Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.)

Shipping Policy-Canada PostDelivery-CANADA POST

We use Canada Post for shipping to PO Box addresses and RR addresses within Canada. Deliveries are made between 9 and 6 EST Monday to Friday. Canada Post does not allow time specific deliveries (eg. by 1pm). Canada Post does not phone to arrange deliveries. Delivery times (eg. 2 day) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada, may require more time and an increase in shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval if additional fees are necessary. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God. If a package is returned to us, we will be charged for return shipping, this charge will be passed on to you and your credit card will be charged this amount. No refunds will be provided for any reason, at any time for shipments or product using this method so you ship at your own risk. 


All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Just Baskets will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer's satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Just Baskets and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by email. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
